Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain overnight IT infrastructure and systems
- Assist with data analysis and reporting for daily operations
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues
- Document processes and create operational guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
- Perform system backups and security checks
- Participate in weekly team training sessions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Available to work 20-25 hours weekly (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Reliable transportation to our Energy Corridor location
- Must pass background check and drug screening
