Responsibilities
- Monitor server performance and application logs during night shifts to identify potential issues before they impact users.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical tickets submitted by internal clients and external customers.
- Update and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with the QA team to test nightly builds and ensure software stability.
- Perform routine system backups and security patching in accordance with company protocols.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies to propose improvements to current workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a technical environment.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and web technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during night shifts.
- Availability to commit to a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
