Responsibilities
- Assist Night Operations: Monitor daily workflows and support the execution of critical projects during off-peak hours.
- Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain internal databases and reporting systems to ensure data integrity.
- Customer Support: Respond to inquiries via email and chat support during the designated night shift window.
- System Monitoring: Perform routine checks on software applications and report any technical anomalies or bugs to the IT team.
- Documentation: Create and update logs for daily activities to ensure continuity for the day shift team.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional team members to resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Graduate degree program in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer navigation.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot basic issues and follow standard operating procedures.
