In this role, you will work directly with our operations and data teams to ensure smooth daily workflows. You will gain exposure to SEO strategies, data analysis, and technical support, all within a high-performance corporate culture.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and analysis of large datasets for reporting purposes.
- Conduct keyword research and monitor competitor activity to support SEO initiatives.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues during off-hours.
- Update and maintain internal documentation and knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with the night team to resolve client inquiries and support tickets.
- Support administrative tasks related to project management and scheduling.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of HTML or web development concepts is a plus.
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
