Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Processing: Accurately input, verify, and maintain large volumes of data into our secure databases during night hours.
- Customer Support: Provide timely and professional assistance to client inquiries via phone and email during peak off-peak hours.
- System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and alert the technical team to any anomalies or errors.
- Report Generation: Compile daily and weekly operational reports to track team performance and project milestones.
- Inventory Management: Support warehouse or inventory tracking operations as needed during the shift.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handover of information.
Qualifications
- Enrollment: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Business, IT, Communications, or related field).
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Reliability: Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain a consistent schedule.
- Education: GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
