Responsibilities
- Monitor Operations: Oversee system performance and data integrity during night operations to ensure 100% uptime.
- Customer Support: Assist clients and internal teams via chat and email during off-peak hours to resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Data Entry & Analysis: Accurately input and verify large volumes of data into our CRM and database systems.
- Reporting: Generate daily performance reports highlighting key metrics and potential issues.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for urgent notifications during the night shift.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in nightly workflows and suggest actionable improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic computer navigation.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Location: Must reside within commuting distance of Nashville, TN, or willing to work remotely within Ohio.
