Responsibilities
- Execute daily data entry and database maintenance tasks during the night shift to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the night operations team to resolve tickets and support remote users effectively.
- Prepare and generate end-of-shift reports, summarizing key metrics and operational status.
- Assist in quality assurance testing for new software releases and internal tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all company safety and security protocols.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team during handover meetings to ensure continuity of work.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Technical, IT, Business, or related field).
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
- Available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
