Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 technical operations during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Assist in software testing, debugging, and documentation for enterprise systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
- Contribute to automation scripts and workflow optimization projects
- Monitor system performance and escalate critical incidents
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint reviews
- Complete assigned training modules and skill development tasks
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Engineering, or related program
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Flexible schedule availability for night shifts (minimum 20 hrs/week)
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US
