Responsibilities
- Monitor server logs and system performance metrics to ensure 99.9% uptime during night operations.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of local area networks (LAN) and wireless networks.
- Perform routine hardware and software troubleshooting for end-users and internal systems.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and system changes in the internal knowledge base.
- Support the IT Help Desk by prioritizing and responding to night-shift support tickets.
- Conduct basic security audits and patch management tasks as directed by senior staff.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
