Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical systems and networks during night operations to ensure 24/7 uptime.
- Assist senior technicians in data entry, system backups, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the internal knowledge base accurately.
- Respond to incoming inquiries via email and support tickets with a high degree of professionalism.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handover of ongoing projects.
- Perform quality assurance checks on software updates and system configurations.
- Support the implementation of new software tools and assist in training staff members.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations, Microsoft Office Suite, and troubleshooting concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Tucson office.
