Responsibilities
- Assist the night operations team with data entry, system monitoring, and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Monitor server health and network performance during off-hours to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Generate and analyze daily operational reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide technical support to internal staff via ticketing systems and email during the evening shift.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all procedures and issues encountered during the shift.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration).
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for this internship position.
- Strong understanding of basic computer systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and operating systems.
- Ability to work a night shift schedule (shift times: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
