Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and network systems during off-peak hours.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical support tickets submitted by the team.
- Perform routine data entry, analysis, and database maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with senior staff to optimize night shift operational workflows.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on software updates and hardware installations.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the company knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
