Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for enterprise systems during overnight operations
- Monitor network infrastructure using advanced monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Document incident reports and contribute to knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams on system updates and maintenance windows
- Assist in cybersecurity protocols including vulnerability assessments
- Participate in cross-departmental projects for system optimization
- Conduct hardware diagnostics and server maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Availability to work 40 hours/week on overnight shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred (not required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
