Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot system alerts and service tickets during night operations.
- Assist senior engineers with routine maintenance and deployment tasks.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams during the overlap hours.
- Ensure data security and compliance protocols are followed strictly.
- Participate in nightly stand-up meetings and project planning sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic networking concepts and operating systems (Windows/Linux).

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
