Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain internal systems and databases during evening hours.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal stakeholders.
- Process and verify incoming data with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Conduct routine system checks and generate performance reports.

Qualifications
