Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure during overnight shifts
- Assist with network troubleshooting and security vulnerability assessments
- Document system configurations and operational procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
- Respond to incident tickets and perform root cause analysis
- Support data backup and disaster recovery protocols
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Available to work 3-4 night shifts per week (11 PM - 7 AM)
