Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support during night operations including hardware/software troubleshooting
- Monitor and maintain enterprise systems, servers, and network infrastructure
- Document IT incidents, resolutions, and system changes using ticketing systems
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols, system updates, and patch management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system implementations
- Perform system backups, data recovery, and disaster recovery procedures
- Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and technical training workshops
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related Bachelor's program
- Basic proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Relevant coursework or certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) preferred
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
