Responsibilities

- Participate in disaster recovery simulations and security drills
- Assist with hardware deployments and network configuration tasks
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking concepts
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) preferred
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure overnight environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to facility
