Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for internal systems and user devices
- Monitor network infrastructure and cybersecurity protocols during night hours
- Document IT incidents, resolutions, and preventive maintenance tasks
- Assist with hardware installations, upgrades, and inventory management
- Collaborate on cross-departmental tech initiatives and automation projects
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical system alerts
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university pursuing IT/CS degree
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- Availability to work 12-hour night shifts (7pm-7am) with flexible scheduling
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (students welcome)
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
