Responsibilities
- Support night shift IT operations including system monitoring and incident response
- Assist with hardware/software installation and configuration for enterprise clients
- Document technical procedures and create troubleshooting knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system updates and security patches
- Provide remote technical support to global team members during overnight hours
- Participate in infrastructure automation projects using Python and scripting tools
- Conduct regular system health checks and performance optimization tasks
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related Bachelor's program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Experience with command-line interfaces and scripting (Python/Bash preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to office
