Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Respond to system alerts and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Document incidents, resolutions, and system performance metrics
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless system handovers
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and threat detection
- Support deployment of new technologies and system upgrades
- Participate in cross-functional tech projects during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts, OS administration, and cloud platforms
- Ability to work independently in a night shift environment
