Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure during night shift operations
- Respond to and resolve IT security alerts and system incidents
- Assist with network configuration and cloud service management
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
- Perform routine system backups and disaster recovery tests
- Support end-users during off-hours for critical system issues
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related Bachelor's program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available to work 4-5 nights per week (12 AM - 8 AM)
- CompTIA Security+ or Network+ certification preferred
