Responsibilities
- Support night shift system monitoring and incident response for enterprise infrastructure
- Assist with hardware/software deployment, updates, and troubleshooting
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security audits and compliance projects
- Participate in agile development cycles for internal tools
- Learn and implement cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) under mentorship
- Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support during overnight hours
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science or IT-related program
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and system administration
- Available to work 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
- Proficient with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Must have reliable transportation to Mesa location
