Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain 24/7 network infrastructure systems during night shift hours
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Document technical procedures and create incident reports
- Assist in implementing cybersecurity protocols and patches
- Collaborate with global IT teams via communication tools
- Support cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Perform system backups and disaster recovery tests
- Participate in cross-departmental innovation sprints
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Linux/Windows command-line interfaces
- Familiarity with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Valid driver's license (for occasional on-site visits)
