Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure during night shift operations
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and vulnerability assessments

- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Support cross-departmental IT initiatives during off-peak hours
- Participate in sprint retrospectives and agile development processes
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science, IT, or related degree (Sophomore+ standing)
- Available to work 40 hours/week during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic knowledge of Python, Linux, or networking fundamentals
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
- Must maintain GPA of 3.0+ for college credit eligibility
- Valid driver's license (for occasional on-call rotations)
