Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network security systems during night shifts
- Perform system backups, updates, and vulnerability assessments
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for remote and onsite clients
- Document incident reports and operational procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical incidents
- Assist with infrastructure deployments and configuration management
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Relevant coursework or certifications (CompTIA A+, Security+, etc.) preferred
- Availability for 6-month commitment with flexible scheduling
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
