Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise network systems during overnight operational hours
- Respond to IT service tickets and system alerts with SLA compliance
- Perform system backups, patch deployments, and vulnerability assessments
- Document incident reports and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless cross-functional handovers
- Participate in rotational shadowing across IT infrastructure teams
- Assist with hardware refresh cycles and equipment inventory management
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Available to work 3rd shift (11 PM - 7 AM) with flexible scheduling
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking concepts
- Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for night shift commute
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred (not required)
