Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during overnight operations
- Provide Tier 1 support for hardware/software issues across enterprise systems
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and access management
- Collaborate with remote teams across Virginia locations
- Participate in system upgrades and patch deployments
- Generate performance reports for senior IT leadership
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Experience with network troubleshooting concepts
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with remote collaboration tools (Teams, Slack)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Available to commit to 3-4 nights per week
