Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during overnight hours
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support to remote employees
- Execute system backups and security protocols
- Document incident reports and resolution procedures
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operations
- Assist with hardware/software deployments and updates
- Participate in cross-departmental tech projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in IT/Computer Science program or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python/PowerShell) preferred
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
- Must be available for 3-4 nights per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
