Responsibilities
- Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of internal systems and network infrastructure during overnight hours.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal stakeholders via ticketing systems.
- Conduct data entry and quality assurance checks on nightly reports and logs.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to document technical processes and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings to align on project goals.
- Test new software applications and patches in a staging environment.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (rising junior or senior preferred).
- Strong interest in networking, system administration, or technical support.
- Must be available to work 3rd shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic understanding of Windows, Linux, or cloud platforms is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
