Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve Tier 1 IT support tickets during night shift operations
- Assist with hardware/software installations and maintenance
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system deployments
- Conduct routine system backups and security audits
- Participate in after-hours maintenance windows
- Provide remote support to global team members
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Must be eligible for college credit through your institution
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available for 20-25 hours/week during night shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
