- Participate actively in agile sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-ups to ensure project milestones are met.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Django, Spring) and version control systems like Git.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative team mindset.
- Ability to commit to full-time hours during the summer or part-time during the fall semester.
