Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues during overnight hours.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of network infrastructure and hardware.
- Respond to help desk tickets and provide technical support to internal stakeholders.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate logs of nightly activities.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless transition of operations.
- Conduct basic security audits and data backups.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a night shift environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work rotating night schedules (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic scripting knowledge.
