Responsibilities
- Monitor server health and network performance metrics during off-peak hours.
- Execute routine system backups, security patches, and data integrity checks.
- Conduct preliminary troubleshooting and diagnostics for internal support tickets.
- Document technical logs and operational procedures in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the remote support team to resolve overnight system anomalies.
- Assist in the testing and deployment of new software updates.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong understanding of basic networking concepts and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
