Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for internal and external clients via phone and ticketing systems.
- Monitor system performance and alert management to ensure 99.9% uptime during night operations.
- Perform routine hardware installations, software updates, and network troubleshooting.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and maintain accurate logs in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Associate or Bachelor’s degree program in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must be available to work full-time rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, networking concepts, and hardware peripherals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
