Responsibilities
- Monitor Systems: Oversee network performance and troubleshoot technical issues during our critical night operations.
- Ticket Management: Assist the support team in logging and resolving incoming technical support tickets efficiently.
- Hardware Support: Perform basic hardware troubleshooting and setup for remote employees working late hours.
- Security Monitoring: Assist in identifying and reporting potential security vulnerabilities or anomalies.
- Documentation: Update technical documentation and logs to ensure continuity of operations.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift teams to transfer critical information.
- Server Maintenance: Participate in routine maintenance tasks for internal servers and workstations.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
