Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve system alerts during overnight shifts
- Provide Tier 1/2 support for internal and external users
- Document incident reports and maintenance logs
- Assist with server patching and software deployments
- Collaborate with global IT teams on cross-functional projects
- Test and validate new infrastructure configurations
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira preferred)
- Availability for 3+ night shifts weekly (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification (or pursuing)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Authorized to work in the US
