- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues during night shift operations
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including servers and cloud services

- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless IT operations continuity
- Assist in cybersecurity protocols implementation and vulnerability scanning
- Participate in system upgrades and maintenance windows
- Train on enterprise software including Microsoft 365 and Azure services
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related Bachelor's program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot technical issues
