Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems during overnight shifts
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, including Windows/Linux environments and cloud platforms
- Document incident reports, knowledge base articles, and system maintenance logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated technical issues
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols, vulnerability scanning, and patch management
- Participate in system upgrades and after-hours maintenance windows
- Train on proprietary monitoring tools and ticketing systems
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing IT, Computer Science, or related degree
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight shifts
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) preferred
