Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network systems during overnight shifts
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for 200+ employees
- Deploy and configure workstations using Windows/Linux
- Document technical procedures and incident reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system updates
- Support cybersecurity protocols and access management
- Perform system backups and data integrity checks
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in IT, CS, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with network troubleshooting preferred
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be authorized to work in the US
