Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during night hours
- Document IT incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow
- Assist with cybersecurity monitoring and threat detection
- Collaborate with global IT teams on system updates
- Participate in disaster recovery drills
- Support hardware deployments and maintenance
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science, IT, or related degree
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Available for 20-30 hours/week schedule
