Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network systems during overnight shifts
- Resolve Tier 1-2 technical issues for internal and external clients
- Document IT incidents and maintenance activities in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with global teams on system updates and deployments
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Support hardware/software installations and configurations
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Available to work 3-4 overnight shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
