Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network systems during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Respond to and resolve IT tickets using ServiceNow platform
- Perform system backups, security scans, and vulnerability assessments
- Document daily operations and create incident reports
- Collaborate with global teams during system updates and deployments
- Participate in cross-functional IT projects and training sessions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Availability to work 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with network monitoring tools preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
