Responsibilities
- Assist Team Operations: Support daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Conduct Research: Perform market research and data analysis to help identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Prepare Documentation: Create reports, presentations, and summaries for internal review and client updates.
- Customer Support: Interact with clients and stakeholders to address inquiries and provide general support.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside various teams to assist in project execution and special initiatives.
- Learning & Development: Attend weekly training sessions and shadow senior staff to learn industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or High School diploma program.
- No Experience Required: Open to all students, regardless of professional background.
- Basic Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Teamwork: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a group setting.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time or part-time during the summer months (May – August).
