Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for enterprise systems during night shifts
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure environments
- Document incident reports and troubleshoot complex network issues
- Collaborate with global teams on system optimization projects
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Implement automated monitoring solutions for IT operations
- Participate in cross-functional Agile sprints
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering program
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows systems and networking
- Experience with Python or scripting languages preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in night shift environment
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification (or pursuing)
- Available 3+ nights/week through Fall semester
