Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for enterprise systems during overnight shifts
- Monitor network infrastructure and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Document IT incidents and maintain accurate service logs
- Assist with cybersecurity monitoring and threat response protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
- Support hardware/software deployment and maintenance
- Participate in after-hours system testing and validation
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science, IT, or related degree
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
