Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server/network infrastructure during night shift operations
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for internal systems and employee queries
- Assist with cybersecurity incident response and threat monitoring
- Document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations
- Collaborate with global IT teams on cross-functional projects
- Participate in after-hours system deployments and maintenance windows
- Contribute to knowledge base development and troubleshooting guides
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Available to work 10 PM - 6 AM shift schedule (4 nights/week)
- Proficient in Windows/Linux environments and basic networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
