Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems during night shifts
- Monitor network infrastructure and resolve system outages proactively
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system optimization projects
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux environments
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and access management tasks
- Participate in after-hours system maintenance and upgrades
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program (students welcome)
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
