Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot network and server issues during overnight hours.
- Perform routine system backups, patch management, and security updates.
- Assist in documenting technical procedures and creating knowledge base articles.
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a BS/BA program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS) and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
