Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise network infrastructure during overnight shifts
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware and software issues
- Document incident reports and system maintenance activities
- Assist with cybersecurity monitoring and threat response protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and projects
- Participate in disaster recovery simulations and testing
- Train on proprietary monitoring tools and ticketing systems
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program (Sophomore/Junior level)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking concepts
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site equipment transport
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for hardware maintenance tasks
